We’re not just moving stuff. We’re moving people’s lives.
Olympic Move & Transport is a family-owned moving company serving Fresno, Clovis and surrounding communities since 2004.
Our Founder: Dori Cane
Moving people's lives.
Today The Olympic crew
At 50, our mother, Dori Cane, went back to school. A longtime Valley resident, she enrolled at California State University, Fresno, with a dream of helping others through social work.
Life took her in an unexpected direction. With help from family who operated a moving company in Santa Barbara, she started a small moving business from her home in Clovis.
She named it Olympic for what an Olympian represents: hard work, dedication, commitment, and the pursuit of excellence. Her motto was "striving for excellence," and she lived it every day.
She often reminded us,
"We aren't just moving stuff. We are moving people's lives."
In 2016, Mom passed away unexpectedly. The thought of letting go of the company she had built was difficult to imagine, so we came back to California to carry it forward.
Today, Olympic Move & Transport continues the company she started and the values she built into it.
We still believe what Mom believed: moving is about far more than furniture and boxes. People move through new homes, new jobs, growing families, loss, change, and new beginnings.
Our job is to take care of the move — and the people going through it.
That is what Dori meant when she said we were moving people's lives.

Piano, Antique and Specialty-Item Moving
Pianos, antiques, artwork and other heavy, fragile or hard-to-replace items need the right equipment and extra care. Tell us what you have, and we’ll plan for it.
Office and Commercial Moving
We move small offices and local businesses around Fresno and Clovis, with planning that aims to minimize disruption to your workday.

Real reviews from our Yelp page, in our customers’ own words.
Excellent movers! We were very happy with the service. Noe, Omar and Fernando worked non-stop, hard and very accommodating. We felt the price was very fair. We highly recommend them!
We received great service in March of 2023, our house flooded and we had to move. The office staff was very nice and the guys were reliable. They showed up on time, ready to move and were fast. We loved the service. We unfortunately had to move again July 2023 and called them up again. They moved our family of 5 efficiently and quickly. We will continue using for any moving needs. Highly recommend!
I've used two other local movers for Fresno area and Olympic Movers was by far the BEST. They are on the pricier side, but you are truly getting what you pay for. Despite it being extremely hot and the movers had to move two apartments together into a third apartment, the movers were in good spirits, making us laugh and acknowledging our requests of where to put our items. Not one item was damaged, everything was wrapped to be protected extremely well, and the time they completed everything was so insanely fast it exceeded my expectations. If I ever move again or need to recommend a mover, I will only recommend this company for now on. They were also the only company with excellent customer service, responsiveness, and were the only company accommodating enough to do two moves in one day. 10/10 recommended!!
I had a move from Fresno to Pismo Beach with Olympic Move and Transport on 8/9/19. I was very pleased with the experience! They were dependable, efficient, cared for my belongings with caution and care and all items arrived in the same manner that it left in!!!
The crew was very polite and courteous and worked well as a team. The quote was more them competitive with other local moving companies I contacted for pricing for this move.
I was very happy with all aspects of this experience, and the communication throughout the planning was very thorough!
I highly recommend Olympic for your moving needs!!!
Olympic Move & Transport recently moved my daughter-in-law from a large house into a new home. I was in on the coordination. The crew was prompt, courteous and efficient and the price was right. I would definitely recommend them.
What a great experience! This efficient, reasonable, professional company turned a stressful annoying task into a perfect piece of cake! Much appreciated was the continued communication, timely service and friendly staff! Warren and Rob were the gentlemen who arrived with smiles and courtesy throughout the move. They handled my items with care and respect. Quick, strong and willing to please! I would use them again, hoping however to not need to move again. Thank you for a job well done!
Rob and Alex were amazing movers.
